It is simply due to the transparency of the forums, it makes the dark text hard to see on a dark background.

The text is fine, the background picture of the forums is dark, so they just need to make the opacity of the forums darker, and change the text color so that it is more easily Visible. Please just give it a little time, the admins will be getting to that soon.

You can change the color of your text for the chatbox also.

Or try to press "log in" at the top right corner of the chatbox to log into the chatbox.
